I also have the Selle Italia Gel Flow on my road bike and a Scott saddle without a gap on my MTB. Both are equally comfortable (and I spend MANY hours on the MTB saddle, much more than on the road bike).

I inflate my tyres to 8-8.5 bar ( I weigh 90kg). I am over buying expensive tyres now because of glass on the roads, and am presently on Specialized tyres which are about the most affordable tyres I have found.

3 bar on a road tyre?

Used Gu sachet worked for me as a get-home fix. In fact it worked so well that I left it in for the next month or so. Sticks nicely to the tyre without duct tape too!

It's called a lenticular cloud, and (surprise surprise) it's associated with strong winds.

Joke all you want to guys, but I reckon that a motorist seeing a cyclist litter will have the same effect as a motorist seeing a cyclist go through a red light. It's that simple, we need to clean up our act in order to gain some respect.
