Sorie for the delay in answering. The licensing system is in hard test mode, the new portal is chomping at the bits to be released, and sign-ff should occur soon (like next week Tuesday). Frustrating times, I am sure for you and I. Paper-based applications are being accepted, for those not willing to wait. All current members will enjoy a 30-day reprieve next year in terms of the showing of licenses. i did try very hard to have road sa's in mid feb...push the tour de boland out by one week, and leave track sa's where it is... also tried to split track sa's so that juniors had theirs in april, and elites and vets had theirs in december....
