Carinus ps: I am continuously considering not appearing on the hub again - fascinating what I hear from parents - whose kids suffer due to negativity/ comments after being rudely commented on/about at times, and the trips people go on to promote unreasonable and unaccounted for information...etc? Again, don't flame me - I am voicing a fair comment I hope?

  10. Latrinus works for Cycling SA - and knows that the right processes were followed all along. Reasons for exclusions exist. Please accept the fact that the okes you elected selected a squad and leave it at that? Are you going to complain about the Continental Selections too? Why do you okes not publish a set of names that should go to Conti Champs? Selection process at CSA currently under way. Carinus
  11. on www.cyclingsa.com There has been speculation of improprieties in the selection procedure of the ladies team to represent South Africa at the World Championships in Stuttgart. Cycling SA has satisfied itself that the processes leading up to the selection were indeed correctly adhered to and reaffirm its support for the original team as selected. As part of the ongoing process of improving all systems and procedures within Cycling SA, we are ensuring that constant reviews are undertaken in order that we remain compliant with a selection process that is both fair and transparent. Our thanks and gratitude are extended to the selectors involved for the time, effort and commitment shown. DAVID BELLAIRS VICE-PRESIDENT CYCLING SOUTH AFRICA

  14. Cycling South Africa is extremely pleased to confirm that Robert Hunter, originally selected as a reserve for the 2007 World championships in Stuttgart, will now be taking his place alongside those of his other team mates on the start line. Following discussions with Robert earlier today, Robbie, who was initially unsure of his availability to ride has confirmed that he will indeed be on the start line with Team South Africa in September. We wish him and all those representing SA everything of the best. DAVID BELLAIRS VICE-PRESIDENT CYCLING SOUTH AFRICA Information of other team members on www.cyclingsa.com

  20. The confusion is so deep that even Wilhelm misquotes me - as Groot lem says, age had nothing to do with it. I will post a report here, as soon as I have permission to do so.
