Thank you for all your info and tips, this is the kind of advice that makes me even more excited about the event. I contacted daisyway but their packages is R3100 p/m which is a lot of money. Also had a look at fittrack.co.za but haven't heard anything back from them and their plans only start in October, just scared if I start in October its to late ;-)

Ok, thanks for sharing.....highly appreciated! I'm new to this CTL and ATL thing...... Do I understand correctly, the higher the numbers in Fitness and Fatigue.....the fitter you are and the more rest you need?

Does that require Premium Package of Training Peaks?

Where and how do you get your CTL? Is it really that important to train according to that info?

Suck it up guys! Any MTB can damage trails not only ebikes and please remember its still a pedal assist bike, I love mine for playing around.....yes people will give you comments while having fun, who cares what people think of me......i went for a ride to have fun! My point.....I love my Epic and I love my LEVO. Period

Turbo Levo FSR - best you can buy and the bike can go up to 40kmph Then you have a allrounder, can ride on trails and tar. Eco Mode and you have a good workout as well

Get a POWER SADDLE from Specialized. Period
