We had to braai again and this time not with the wattle we capies use, but with real dry Freestate doringhout like back in the day. [emoji41]

A nice 20km Ventersburg (Freestate) gravel road ride. Also took a ride down memory lane, past our old school and boys and girls boarding houses. It is shameful to see how everything went backwards since we left school in 1993.

As I'm in the Freestate for this week, I just had to post this picture. Sunday morning I had my best breakfast in a very long time. Had the whole family eating a proper pap and biltong breakfast. [emoji122]

I'm still contemplating, thinking a lot. I'm on leave from Friday for 10 days, heading up to the "states", Free State that is where I have to cycle 50+kms to gain 100m and I'm so afraid of burning to death with the temperature in the upper 20's where we only had upper 10's so far in the glorious Garden Route up to now.
