  7. On a long travel bike like these, can one use a 120mm fork or must it be longer? I think that I'm getting an itch which might lead to one heck of a fight or something similar to divorce. ???? Sent from my VTR-L09 using Tapatalk

  10. The dr who did my back moved to the Cape area last year, Dr Minette du Preez. If need arises, try to get to see her. She is very capable and a pro in what she does. Sent from my VTR-L09 using Tapatalk
  11. I had a fusion on my lower back 7 years ago, age then 36, best op I had in my life regarding how much better I am. Just remember, I waited almost a year to get it done and today my left upper leg has only got partial feeling on touch which is a real bummer. But I agree, 26 is a bit young to have a fusion done. Core exercises are essential and being on the bike as well. I only cycle mtb because of the position I sit in am happy with, if on a road bike I suffer a lot with stiffness as well. 12. Hi Chris, the best will be to look at the Facebook page "Impak OHS" there you will be able to see the most about what they did and why they did what they've done. Just for interest sake, only one out of the whole group is a cyclist, most if them only 16/17 years old, but they have a love for what they present and for what they do. And today's 90 odd kms was most in pouring rain and really cold weather. It is a fundraiser with "Helpende Hand" for Laerskool Herold, they're using a store room which measures 2x3m for the learners and Outeniqua High School is trying to raise R200000 for the school to have another classroom build for these learners. Last year, also with "Helpende Hand" with the droughts they were able to raise more than R200000 for farmers affected by the drought. They are always doing something like this with/for a really very good cause. If anybody can/want to donate all the details will be on Facebook. Thanks for the interest shown and all the "likes" they got on this. https://www.backabuddy.co.za/champion/project/impak-fietstoer-bring-die-hoop-weer-teru Sent from my VTR-L09 using Tapatalk

  14. I got this from the in laws today which they bought at a hardware shop in the UK. Clips onto the heel of your shoes. It has got a strobe or just light on function. Apparently 40m visibility with a 50hour battery life. Uses a 2032 battery per side. Sent from my VTR-L09 using Tapatalk http://cloud.tapatalk.com/s/5b32876acfff1/VID-20180626-WA0037.mp4
