  1. DI must still be in shock though. Barloworld was good but The Shack must be on a whole different level.

  3. Yeah' date=' you should have bought an Assos Ladies FI.13 Bib shorts. It has a single strap that runs between your nipples.[/quote'] Is that what you did? Valid question, snide response - typical of the hub
  4. Unpick the seam??? OK, real female advice I know!! But no one sees that part anyway. Now that is a darn good idea. Gotta love female practicality!
  5. Buy a cheaper bib? But then my arse complains
  6. So I took the plunge and bought a pair of Assos F1 Uno bibs. My arse is happy at this point in time but my nipples aren't How do I prevent my nipples being chafed. I have a pair of Giordana's and Capestorm Matrix bibs and don't have the problem. Any suggestions?
  7. black post, black seat, white stem, white bars.
  8. I had Crossmark at the back but found it to be unpredictable. I am riding Monorail now at the back and so far it's a bit better but it's still to soon to come to a conclusion. I ride Ignitor on the front and without a doubt the most control I have had
  9. Remove the BB and clean it properly. With muddy wet rides some stuff could have made it's way in there.
  10. Contact Expedited Mail Services on one of the following numbers. Be patient though, they don't always answer. 0119616000/6/7/8/9 0119616010 0119616081/3
  11. What sort of price am I looking at for these? Probably a bit more. Not sure, I purchased mine from CRC for about R400 but locally they will be more expensive. But I thinks it's money well spent.
  12. The Crank Brother Candy pedals are also a very good option to consider. I found them much easier to clip in and out of than the Shimano SPD's. They also shed mud better. What I did find is that there is a more float to the Candy's than the SPD's and that is something to get used to. But since this is your first set of clip-ins I would recommend the Candy's before the SPD's.
  13. I think it's better to go for the Parcel Force option. It's well worth the extra money for peace of mind of being able to track it. Especially if it's a large order.
  14. Alu post in Alu frame
  15. My seatpost snapped flush with the top of the seat tube. Any ideas on how to get the remaining bit out of the frame?
  16. Besides for Shimano themselves, what other manufacturers produce Resin pads for Shimano M575 Disc Brakes? philip.maree2009-10-16 06:54:25
  17. I am looking to replace my brake pads and noticed on the rotor it is specified that only Resin pads should be used. Anyone know what would happen if metal pads are used?
  18. Not used for a water bottle. I use it to put my lights battery which is built into a water bottle as I do most of my training at night. Pis clever!
  19. Really awesome looking machine!
  20. IMO. I would be very wary of reaching that far for a bottle! philip.maree2009-10-15 05:44:39
