You sure the stack is just not taking up correctly? The bearing races cannot wear or shrink so the stack will remain unchanged even if the balls are rough. you will probably find you need another spacer

This was my 1st JHB race and wow the bunch was skittish in Cat1... every intersection was a lock up your brakes and go affair with some bad crashes. Insanely fast route though, which was very cool, but the bunch just didn't seem right. It was like a crash derby, guys are kamikaze pilots up there!

Maybe the bladder is in the way on the top? causing a lock?

I bled mine with the reservoir open and pumped fluid from top through to the bottom into a waste bottle. Roll the bladder over a full resevior to complete

you will probably find a hole in the casing - the fluid goes in there and eventually it's tickets... more of a per case manufacture default - send it back to spesh - my money is on them sorting you out.

That whole Stans Ammonia story is utter crap - made up by the Kenda/maxxis (cant remember which) people so they didn't have to warranty all their tires. I have used stans in every spesh tire and maxxis tire I have ever owned and never had it delaminate.... only once on a crossmark - but not on the replacement one (hmmm wonder why) the BS'O'Meter was dialled up full power on the ammonia story

I was an early adopter - s-works- guilty... rode epic and the pro's asked me as we lined up in A bunch if it was sick...i was such a good salesman I convinced them all it was the bike to have... Here I was, a PPA Q group, only done one sub three Argus riding in A bunch at the Epic...must be about the bike.
