It's all quite funny actually. I read the original article with a smile taking it for a good tongue-in-cheek article. The majority of responses from people are in the extreme defensive. I understand that you love your sport as much as any other person loves theirs... but really.... smile and nod and move on. No point in inducing a heart attack Digging up details on the person borders on stalking ? Rather just go for a ride.

I have a Polar M32 which I've had for around 5 years or so, I forget it's been so long, and is still working 100%. Had the battery and face replaced twice and the strap once. I use it every single day as my normal day-to-day watch as well as my HRM when I'm out riding. I could do with more features, but it works perfectly well and serves the purpose I need it to. Always had good service from Polar, although I do deal through Sportmans Warehouse (where I initially bought it) as apposed to directly with them.
