  14. I Converted a SPark 30 CArbon. Just had to change the fork from Reba SL to Sid Team. Fox also works well No Problems, rides like a dream Used Novatec hubs, ZTR Crest rims and Schwalbe tyres
  15. Were you drinking that stuff you are holding in your hand?
  16. My Tip. use elastic shoelaces you can buy at any running shop, it makes your transition much easier and quicker.
  17. I train with my mtb on tar road. I use the mtb because due to many reasons: - time constraints, so I need to make the most of every ride - my training partner is weaker at this moment so He is on the road bike, and me on the MTB, so it evens out nicely - Also, less likely to get a puncture - I like my mountainbike more than my roadbike - It really irritates the crap out of the roadies if you can ride them off your wheel My Roadbike is basically stationary on the IDT for almost a year now.
  18. Still going strong since 2009. exactly four years and many km's
  19. two minutes of your life you will never get back
  20. greatgrandson of Harry Wolhuter?
  21. Forks that will work is the Rox shock SID older models with high round crown, as well as most Fox models. Also the Suntour seems to work with slightly less clearance. I converted my hardtail Chinarello and has a Suntour shock on, and basically uses that for the training on road during the week and clearance is OK On my spark 30 I used a dual air SID and it works very well. Have ZTR crest on bothbut use the new Maxis on the one and Schwalbe on the other
