After struggling to find one myself I cut one out of an old water pipe. It fits perfectly and I've used it for a few months since* *can not recommend due to safety reasons

+1 @ tazz1313 Found them on the interwebs - they sold a product my LBS couldn't provide stock for. Excellent service and quick delivery. Note: Online orders are better if you contact them directly (the website does not always allow for size / colour specifications). Less conventional than your average online shop, but they have good stock and specials.
