    Hey Andrew Thanks for the feedback I was feeling strong after Dis-Chem I don't know if I was feeling strong enough to run another 21km though. I've entered the Pick n Pay marathon and will hopefully do a 30km + club run next week just to prepare for the marathon. I'm concerned if I push the 42km this weekend I could injure myself and be out of training for a while, where I would rather have a bit more millage in my legs and then tackle the PnP marathon.

    I've entered the marathon but have decided to just go for the half marathon as much as i'd love to I don't think i'm ready to push 42km at this moment in time. What pace are you looking at running?

    Hey Andrew I was having major issues last year after every hard session I would wake up the next morning with major sinus and just a fluey feeling, it turned out to be hay fever and I've never had hay fever before. Maybe look at taking a daily antihistamine and see if that makes any difference.

    Thanks guys, I've used insulation tape before and that actually worked pretty well but I will give the vasoline a try as well.

    Entered the comrades on Saturday and went for my first training run this afternoon, following the finishers program on the comrades website. Starting to realize the massive undertaking it is going to be to actually commit to all the training, but I'm looking forward to it Any advice or words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated

    I also believe there is a bigger reason behind the scenes as to why he decided to step down mid series. Very weird indeed

    Lets hope this is what actually happens RR and the middle order has impressed me this season, we haven't panicked when we have lost early wickets and we also haven't allowed the run rate to dry up to next to nothing. Again I don't think West Indies have been at their best so I hope we can continue with this form and mental approach when facing tougher opponents. I was expecting big things from Abbott but I didn't think it would be his runs conceded column. Looking forward to the world cup to kick off

    Not after his shocking performance in Aus, I wanted to smash my TV on a number of occasions because of his horrible bowling. Wayne Parnell, David Miller and Farhaan Behardien I think are bad choices they never seem to be able to perform when wearing the South Afircan colors lets hope they can prove me wrong.
