Time we start a veggie garden in the garage

I have the same problem with the GF, she want's "US" to work on the garden and doesn't like it when I do things during the week to the garden.

You've got series problems if you did the full and then still did a 1:23 the next day Well done on finishing 3rd!!!

I've started my own little veggie garden this year, its been a bit of a learning experience so far. I've successfully grown some carrots, green beans and radish. I planted some sweet corn and they were looking really good then all of a sudden started looking really bad and never recovered. I've now planted some lettuce, green pepper, cherry tomatoes and onion so looking forward to see how those turn out. I still have a lot of work to do on the garden, I think a lot of top soil and chicken manure is required to get the ground perfect. I also want to get a old pallet and make a hanging herb garden. So much to do so little time

Now this is a smart idea

I have a couple of buddies that live in KZN and they need to apply for a sugar cane board that must be on the bike in order for them to make use of trails that go through sugar plantations. Wouldn't it be a good idea for you to have a yearly pass board that allows you access to the trails. This way if you arrive early or if you are using the Avianto trails as a shortcut you can do so legally as a paying customer.

I don't think I'll ever understand this, what are they gaining from swearing at you?

The Sasol is lots of fun but not as hardcore as this they have the sprint and standard distances but the trail run is nothing compared to the xterra run. Then Xdirt is also a pretty cool triathlon series but they only have sprint distances but I would say its a bit tougher than the sasol but not as tough as xterra. Both have awesome vibes and are well organised events!

Did the lite in 1:45.46 was very happy with my time, the swim was a bit crazy got kicked int the face right at the start and my goggles were pushed skew. All in all it was an awesome race next year will definitely be tackling the full

I only breath to my right, i'm currently working on breathing every 3rd stroke to force myself to breath both sides but its difficult to break the habit. At the moment I try hang on the feet of a stronger swimmer to keep myself straight but I still find myself at times with no one around and me swimming in circles. Does anybody know of a good coach I can see in the centurion area?

So when I swim in the pool I can swim very straight thanks to the line they painted at the bottom of the pool, however when I'm swimming in open water I don't pull extremely skew to the right so much so that i'm convinced if I did 40 strokes I'd swim in a complete circle. How can I fix this

Thanks trying to get hold of Chris at the moment, I've been doing a form of crossfit for over a year now but I need to find something closer to home as my current gym is close to where I used to work.

Where do you guys crossfit?

So I decided to be proactive and actually ask the guys at Northen Farms if they were aware of the bike being stolen and if they had any feedback on the situation. They replied that they heard nothing about it. If my bike was stolen I would of make sure the people running the place know that my bike has been stolen and I'm sure everyone would make a scene if this had to happen to them. The fact that the guy only reported it on Monday and Northen Farms doesn't even know about it makes me wonder.

Think what he is trying to say is that you might want to re-think your logic if you are going to avoid Northen farms just because 1 bike was stolen out of the 100s of people who ride there happily every weekend.

All you need to ride is a bike a helmet and a bib the rest is all optional and can be bought at a later stage!!!

I've always left my bike on my bike rack and never had any issues, but I don't think any body would want to steel my bike anyway
