  1. And it turns out hi did that on a 7 lap old medium too having come through Q1, while everyone around him had new softs. Very well done indeed. Looked good in WUP too
  2. See Bottas confirmed, unconfirmed he is sponsored by KY though. #wingmanforlife
  3. Greed it would seem too. Product was supposed to be dumped but was stored to try and sell off.
  4. Will probably beat Alex too........... Jip, within 10 days.
  5. Listening to podcasts he was doing pushups the night of the op. He was fitting leathers and testing if he could ride the very next day. It was all on Marc, pushing to race......
  6. He should just sit out the year and come back stronger next year. Engines are frozen for 2021, so he could just use the time to test and sort out the chassis. Was shortsighted and fully on him, Honda wanted him to sit out.
  7. Check out the RWU range of Ohlins forks, seriously sexy.......
  8. Or keep it original, those are quickly becoming quite sought after.....
  9. Blame it on apartheid, seems to work for everything else
  10. Hit the nail on the head
  11. Jip, I know the restrictions to travel and accommodation in MotoGP are strict. Own food too, no catering. Just think this will all come to a head the day someone like Lewis or Fabio test positive and can't compete in 2 back-to-back rounds. If it directly affects the outcome of the championship, is it less of a championship. Suppose we will have to ask the pooch......
  12. Hopefully after you have got up.......
  13. So the bike went together very easily. There is even a step for step instructional which was not needed but is easy to follow. Pretty decent quality for the price. Mine does have a small scratch on a chainstay but it will see worse so no point in crying about it. The brakes feel a bit spongy but again, for the spec, not bad. All in all, without having ridden it yet, I am very impressed with the value for money on this machine. The large is pretty small, if I drop the seat all the way it seems even my wife could comfortably ride this "large" I would say the 54cm is more medium than large........ Apologies for the pretty crappy pictures.
  14. I am in the same boat, so auto assessment will not work for me. Pay medical and RA with taxed income, then still car allowance so also submit a logbook. I do this every year, and every year I get audited even though they pay me back pretty much the same amount, every year......
  15. Seen ads go up, expire after a month and then get relisted. Same price and through multiple cycles. Insanity, you would think they would realize there might be a pricing issue. I tried selling my frame, relisted it maybe 2 or 3 times, each time dropping the price till it got to a point where it was not worth selling anymore.
  16. Jip, lots of Youtube videos showing how to do it. Just need a decent cutoff saw to get the angles right. I bought mine off of bidorbuy. It really works well but has its limitations, like joining smaller boxes where the drill and screw don't fit into the space. But then you can do outer pocketholes and plug the holes with dowels.
  17. Wait till it is a title contender that tests positive, want to see how that is handled.......... That goes for any sport, with these back to back rounds a positive test in F1, WSBK, MotoGP, etc could mean being out for 2 races.
  18. This is my concern with the new auto assessment introduced. Most seem happy to accept. Just doesn't sit right with me though......
  19. Sneaked a peek quicky. Sucks having it delivered to the work, and then can't build it.
  20. Most of them are the same guys who use a throttle as an on/off switch because of the electronics they have at their disposal........
  21. Brutal assessment but so true........
  22. An easy trap to fall into unfortunately. That's why I can appreciate an older well maintained bike over a brand new super-whatever dripping in brembo and ohlins, etc......
  23. Ordered Tuesday morning at around 10am or so. Bike has just arrived by me now. That's impressive for a bike coming from Cpt to Pretoria. Need to unbox and build it up, then I can comment but so far just looking in the box it looks purdy.......
  24. Here I am 2 weeks later still waiting on my audit results. 21 days is on the 6th August so lets see......
