Anyone downloaded the GPX route file and transferred it to your device yet? Did mine on the Garmin Edge 820, it shows the map and distance etc but absolutely no elevation detail?? Anyone have a similar problem?
I got mine at The Bicycle Company. I stay in Randburg area but went to their branch in Centurion cos they had a massive selection... They have a branch in the Cradle and Pretoria too....all on their website.
I did get the dual compound...can't see his either. The Scylla on the back has also proved to be tough as nails so far and really fast rolling on the gravel grinding roads too. Gonna use them for Cullinan2Tondeldoos and Trans Baviaans. Been using this combination on the same trails that basically destroyed the WTB Vigilante/Trail Boss combo I had before. I'm a WTB fan but current tyres are far superior in my view.
Cool. I'm busy drilling these tyres all over the place and I'm flippin loving them I must say. Serious grip on the Kratos 2.45 on the front but I got them because I also heard they are "bomb proof". So far so good plus the 100 day guarantee on side wall cuts!
At this stage it's farking sore but I feel OK. Glad it's over now and I can start recovering quick quick....thanks Matin. BTW, I'm purposefully ignoring any hospital type programmes on TV ...they give me the creeps!
