    WOW, that's a surprise and seriously bad luck. I've had them for several months now and loving them. The side wall cut surprises me! Google them and read the reviews...I know most people who used them in the Epic rated them very highly.

    I know!!! Horrible hey....when the surgeon was explaining it to me I was so miffed! Not so much about the operation but the recovery time....seems like it takes loooooong in some cases Suppose it all depends on how well you behave after the operation. Holding thumbs it all goes well.............

    Was just wondering how this went for you and how was the recovery period? Going in on Tuesday for the op....right in the middle of my Cullinan2Tondeldoos and Sani training. I am bleak from what I've heard so far

    Maybe fatigue after overdoing the gym on antibiotics...some rides are just plain *** though.

    First ride in the Sportful shorts today...Ride was just short of 5 hours and they were flippin fantastic. Super comfy!!

    Will let you know...tried about 4 different pairs today including Assos and Northwave and these were definitely the most comfy fit for my nether region. Proof is in the riding though...

    Definitely not technical, lots of jeep track/district type roads. Not too much ST and predominantly flat. Quite a nice mix....and fast!
