Morkel not likely to bowl in second innings. Rabada carrying an injury. We are going to win the series anyway. Keep the Ausies in the field as long as possible.

Break through at last! Proteas looking completely flat this morning. As if they had an early celebration last night.

Would have been 4 runs down to fineleg if he wasn't standing up. Absolutely brilliant wicket keeping!

What a catch by Quinnie!! Down the leg side, standing up to the fast bowler! Might not be in the best form with the bat, but a catch like that is worth 50 runs in my book!

I am off the opinion that sandpaper, and or different ball tampering devices have been in use by the current Australian cricket team under the Leadership of Smith and Liegman for quite a while. Remember they came into the recent ashes series as complete underdogs. All of a sudden all of the fast bowlers 'hit form', and they were all over the English batsmen like a rash.

Got a videoclip of a thermal camera on WhatsApp today. Some cold bus station or airport or similar. Lady lets out a fart. Big thermal cloud escapes her behind . Quickly moves away from the incriminating area. Sou lekker wees om tydens die ‘Ballgate’ saga so thermal kamera op Liegman, Skuld, Bankrot en Warnedya te kon hê, om te sien hou hulle washers knyp en flaters paseer!
  10. Step counting devices are not very accurate, and seldom gives a true reflection of either steps or distances covered. I would not be suprised at all if Vitality drops step counting all together. I easily 'notch' up 5000 and more and even 10000 on occasion by driving around in my Hilux on the farm.
  11. Homo erectus.
  12. That was an ugly crash! Hope Cavendish is ok'ish.
  13. In my opinion points to miles is just a lot of hot air. On my hospital plan (esential core), R7500.00 and higher pa puts you in the high claimer category. That is about half a day in hospital per year. Ridiculous!
  14. Early morning.
  15. Bliksem! Well done. Need 120k points to reach gold. Still another 70k to go. Will have to talk to wife and adult son to start pulling their weight!
  16. Thanks, mainly indoor cycling (spinning), some mountain biking over weekends and a little bit of jogging.
  17. Hi all. Looking for recommendations for a vitality friendly heart rate monitor for my wife. Her polar FT 60 gave up the ghost after some years of service. We both had our share of troubles with signal quality of the polar chest belts and units. Must preferably be something not so big and masculine looking. (She is quite small and dainty! ❤️) Looks like Garmin and vitality are having compatibility issues?
  18. My backlogged workouts all updated about 15 minutes ago.
  19. Would be a terrible disappointment if someone is plundering this gem. There was rumours about, some time ago, that the local Department of Agriculture and Conservation was contemplating scrapping its status as a Nature Reserve. Lets hope that the fact that you are seeing less animals than usual is due to the higher vegetation, and / or, the antelope migrating to the lower, predominantly sweeter veld during the summer rainfall period.
  20. Question for Myles again please. Can something like the Apple watch benefit and the shoe booster or flight booster be running at the same time from the same fitness points of a vitality member? Thanks.
  21. Thank you! I started making them as wedding, Christmas, and birthday gifts for family and special friends only. Soon started getting a lot of requests to sell some. I do sell them now, but on a limited scale. I am a farmer by profession, and if and when I get some time away from the farm activities and cycling I love to turn some grinders out on the lathe. Excuse the pun! Depending on the size, the type of wood, the difficulty of the design, whether it is a matching set or not, or a single mill I sell them from R450.00 for a single small ( about 180 mm tall) Kiaat mill to R1600.00 for a set of large (300 mm) Leadwood or American Walnut
