I love trainning, but have not been doing any. just a few long rides this week. On holiday in Margate (lovely wether) So some nice long rides.

Is there any riders in margate next week (4 - 10 july) Looking to get some riding in as I'm on leave and need some trainning. Maybe 500 - 600 k's for the week.

Always try and keep something in reserve for that last litlebit of hill at the top. And ride as many hills as you can find. Find one shortish sharp hill in your neighborhood and do some intervalls. it works like a charm. Other than that... get them one at a time.

Are we all so keen on change that the old gets booted without a huff or a puff? Well done on the new site... I like it. still getting used to it. Tap yourselfs on the back. GTRacing.

Still opens at 5pm I think, then goes on till sunset.

Go do laps at kyalami, mineshaft is a great hill for reps. 7 laps at least every two weeks.

Sounds about rite... I recently bought a bike from a guy in the cape R20 000. Paid and rec bike 3 days later. the wife crapd herself, but I was cool.

I have spent about 45k, and not one hickup...

I was faced with the same choice a week ago, I went with trance x1. Verry Happy. Did the Monster this weekend. Still smilling and improved on my time by 50 mins.
