  1. Wow.. is the pricing to pay the volvo in the video? I have been looking at getting the tow bar rack again, since I sold mine a few years back and just found the prices of them to be a tad crazy..
  2. ... was there a bad experience along the way? please do share.. Been looking at this option instead of going to fit a tow bar and buy a rack..
  3. Thank you very much

  6. Agree fully with this... My brother in law crashed into the barrier and clipped his shin on a bolt that was sticking out, cut wide open. This happened on the right turn near the bottom of this decent. Officials were there in a couple of minutes, and while we were waiting two other people crashed a bit higher from where we were. Alot of blind corners and at that speed its easy to loose it when you dont know what is coming next. Needless to say all is fine with him now, couple of stitches and a swollen leg...

  12. Hi All I have accommodation in clarens town that I booked but can no longer make it. See link below. https://www.bikehub.co.za/classifieds/183843-accomdation-in-clarens-town-15-april-to-17-april/
  13. I also looking for clarity on this. I use my cycleops IDT which sends the file straight to strava. Then I use my bryton for when im on my bikes, finish and upload files from device which upload to strava. So does this mean that these workouts wont be counted by vitality as its on strava?
  14. Check attachment - Wonder Why pizza
  15. But just to add on the serious side.... Depends on the type of race: MTB Ultra Marathons - is usually a small bowl of Future life, slice of toast with peanutbutter and half a banana and a glass of orange juice, this 3 -3.5 hours before the start then have another slice of toast with peanutbutter and the other half of the banana about an 1.5 hours before the start. During the race, take a white bread sandwhich with nutella cut into 4 blocks and have every 1-1.5hours (your body absorbs white and whats on it quickly, thats the reasoning for white bread) together with a carb drink that has electrolytes and vitamins. For a 100km road ride I usually do just a bowl of future life and a glass of orange juice 3 hours before and then a slice of toast 1.5hours before. But what works for me might not work somebody else. The best is just to figure out what you comfortable with.
  16. Having an AK before a race is going to give you SSSEEEERRRRIIIAAAAAAASSSS turboboost! AK's are ultimate (but only on those serious cheat days) Dont know if you lads have heard of a 'Wonder Why' Pizza? Jeees

  22. Hi Guys Does anyone that has a Rider 40 please explain to me how you delete a file from the 'My Workout' folder on the device? If i go to the 'to plan' function and select a workout it saves to the 'my workout' folder, but then i can not find a way to delete them from there. Checked it on the web when you connect the device but nothing. Thanks
