Make no mistake, the stages are short but their are some killers in there - in particular stage 3 - Vissershok loop - hard - ur gonna struggle I'll be along the side of the road watching (good luck)

So what exactly is meant by "other good stuff" Imports???? from South America perhaps....... My suggestion - never works and will always put u into a spot of bother during a race ... froot loops with milk and only that before a 200km race - u will loose flesh, never mind body fat

As an average to weak vet rider i was a little terrified at the prospect of racing with the elites so close to Giro, knowing how strong they would / should be at this time of year But in the end i had a great time, was not as hard as i thought it would be, even the slight detour on Friday with the Paardeberg climb was quite pleasant. I think that the vets should race more with the elites raise the bar a little, after racing the Paarl race on Sunday and comparing it to the Tour De Boland which had just finished the day before, there was no comparison - negative racing and a Sunday cruise compared to the fierce pace of racing with the elites. I thought the whole tour was great, no gripes from my side - really hope you invite the vets again next year - we dont mind racing with the elites as long as they play nice I hope more vets can take time out of their work / family lives to attend more of the local events like this - the only way they can grow is by being there. Although us vets do take up the back of the bunch when racing with elites - we promise to try and race harder next time..... maybe sit in the middle of the bunch although Garth Thomas looks like he can commute from back to front with one kick - horse power!

Yeah, groupsets can last forever it seems if u look after them, no reason to change it if it aint broken - and shimano is quite tough! I ride with campy though, but had a veloce 9sp groupset from 2002, rode with it until Feb 2006, then sold the bike and the guy who uses the bike still rides with that groupset - still going strong!

Awesome Bike, Just a question, how quick was the whole incuracnce claim buiness, the only reason i ask is because a buddy of mine is busy dealing with them now and i was wondering how long it took for you to get ur bike appraised, compile the claim and then sumbit .... it to getting the money injected back into your account.

i promised the frame to someone else, but i have a spare frame (exactly the same + colour is the same) that i can give to them so if u want the whole bike as is then u must act quick.

I'll sell the whole bike i u wanna buy it say R6000 52cm produx aluminium veloce 10 sp full with carbon crank Campag khamsin wheelset Easton handlebars u keen pm but soon cos someone already wants to buy the groupset if he says he is taking the groupset b4 u or anyone else wants the whole bike then all that will be left is the frame, wheelset (which i will probably re-use) and a few accessories so act quick

yeah sorry man, my dig camera is a bit rickity its in very good nick! bought it in Nov last year, no falls or scratches, carbon crank is only 3 weeks old. Very well looked after I am racing this bike with this groupset in the tour de boland this weekend. I am doing the hill climb TT 2morro afternoon on this bike so if ur in the area u welcome to take a look. But it is in very good condition!
