Well i took a bit with me, used 5 bottles complete (ALL EVOX) and ate 2 marchmallow easter eggs and a muffin. I drank 1 small botlle of water and i had a litre of yogurt for breakfast and that was that.
I wasn't even hungry when i finished. Apart from the cramp i got on the pass i was feeliing quite okay for most of the day.

How many of you have heard someone say to you "Oh well i am not fit at the moment, i have not been training for a while" and then in the heat of the race they are at the front hammering the pace home and actually finish with a brilliant result and you who has been training finishes in the next calendar month.
Can natural talent account for such a diff???
