    They dont play continuously, you probably only hear the same song 5 times a day, which is on par with most radio stations!

    Meet Ritchey, he has been my friend for just over two year. In the beginning I was adamant that he was going to be an outside dog, haha, he has never slept a single night outdoors but rather occupies most of my bed now! He is extremely fast... And he loves spending time with me (or maybe he just likes the sand dunes)

    He stayed over with my family last night and only left at 11 this morning. Bad weather predicted with a strong headwind. I think it will take him some time to reach Brandfort. (He arrived last night at just after 10)

    Yesterday I cycled for two hours towards Malmesbury and three hours back . It better rain somewhere inland today, I would hate to think that all that battling in the south easter was for nothing!

    I agree, I liked the team a lot better when they did not have all these big, overseas names. I guess you need some experience to guide the riders, but this is getting too much.

    I read in cyclingnews that Froome has stated that he is using the Vuelta as preparation for next season “I don’t want to diminish the Vuelta, but I am using it to be ready physically and mentally for next year. I’m already looking to 2015.” Not going to win him fans....
