  3. Awesome wheels. Saw a bike at the Ride the Rhino this year with ax Lightness handlebars, stem and seatpost. Firtst time I saw AX stuff and researched it a bit. Damn fine stuff but pricey. a Where did you get those wheels and what did they set you back if I may ask? You obviously know your stuff, did you compare the wheels with a ENVE wheelset? Can one use carbon wheels as everyday wheels?

  9. Hi There Have given up on finding a driver, so now we are 4 guys in one car. We need a lift for one bike to and from the race to Stellenbosch/Somerset West. Anyone with a bakkie or extra space on a bike rack?

  15. Hijack on. I am looking for wheels to train and race to replace my stock Aksium wheels that came on my bike. I like the look of something with a bit deeper sections. What will be a good all round wheel, and what would be the limit section wise that will not cause to much hassle in windy conditions? I like the AC Sprint 350 (R4670) and the 420 Aero 3 (R5950), Zipp team issue CL (R4300). Any input will be appreciated.

  18. I have only ordered from them once, and if I remember correctly, you must pay extra for DHL. The stuff I ordered was above the minimum required for free shipping, but they still charged me shipping (I think it was because there was a workstand included in the order-think I saw something about bikes and large objects being excluded from free shipping. How long does normal shipping take?
  19. That is where I got the time, but you need to unlock the link before you can view. Dont want to reigster before I know the price, but it look like this will be the only option...

  24. If the T-Shitrs were well designed and sizing actually correct, then we might have some more votes for t-shirts. I have not done a single race where the organizers have given me well designed shirt that fits properly. Potentially such a nice marketing opportunity, but really lacks professionalism. Normally old stock T-shirts that did not sell that have been printed with the race logo-poor! The medals on the other hand is a complete waste of money. Rather donate that portion of the entry fees to charity and develop the sport in less privileged societies.
