Pretty good actually. I guess if you're going 50km/h it would be hectic, I generally back off to 30-ish or lower. Generally during the week when I would get calls I'm on the MTB (mostly at Riverfields) so not going that fast anyway.

As a side note, one of the earliest memories I have of South Africa is staying at The Idol's flat when my old man came here to race the Rapport Toer.

Left one in, right one stays at home. Great for listening to podcasts (mostly these days Science of Sport and The Move (and JB2) with a bit of JRE for good measure) Lets me take calls form colleagues and clients whilst on the bike. Right ear hears the cars and road noise. (the galaxy buds are also great as they have a setting to pass ambient noise through to the ear inside whatever you're listening to.)

Anyone who suggest this, and anyone who does this is a complete tonsil.
