    Bike setup

Seeing as you are more involved in this, would there be a difference in bike setup for a person to generate their most efficient power vs one for them to be optimally comfortable?
  2. There's a few of us there and here.
  3. Just use the same vpn you use for USA netflix. (and everything else...)

    Bike setup

It's never too much for a road bike.
  5. I thought va der Poel was focussing on Tokyo? I would personally love to see Valverde in yellow one last time.
  6. Stage one final climb: Stage two final climb: There will not be a pure sprinter left at the finish line. It looks like the Tour organisers want Alaphillippe to have the first yellow shirt this year.
  7. Same. This is like the long dark days of watching Alesi and Berger fail to finish races.
  8. So, you don't need a whole new wheelset? Just pop the bearing out and take it in to BMG or skf and Bob's your aunty.
  9. Just the bearing? Probably skf have a suitable replacement.
  10. Cough - funrider - cough...
  11. Two words for you: Tie and Solder.
  12. Nipples????
  13. You will see a more significant difference in losing weight and increasing fitness than you will from riding a 5kg bike. Ergo, at this particular point, lighter wheels will do very little other than make you think your first couple of rides are better. When your brain catches up with the novelty of a new item, you'll be here asking if a R10k pair of shorts will make you faster, and the same people will tell you to lose some weight first.
  14. Week in Dullstroom.
  15. To Tonteldoos and surrounds several times this week.
  16. . Anyway. Did ya'll see Chloe Dygert won the US women's ITT. Great come back after that horror at Imola last year.
  17. I are aware. I was pedanting over the title.
  18. Thread title is road race, and all we have is TT results?
  19. Jesper Skibby winning a Tour stage and his emotion after for me. You must mean Ivanov.
  20. And, also, a lot is two words...
  21. Yeah, I'm a bit taller as well and around 15kg lighter.
  22. Swap to a 26er? Less wheel size = weight saving, less frame material = weight saving. Win and win.
  23. I imagine she could simply wait until it is safe to complete a proper overtaking manoeuvre, as stipulated in the road traffic act? Does she hoot at slow moving trucks to also get out of the way? As you rightly suggest two wrongs don't make a right, maybe another throwaway line is apt for you, charity starts at home?
  24. Yeah, @Brad01m how tall are you? It impacts the wheel size. Get a sweet used 26er if you're a shorty apparently. Of your choices I'd go Titan.
  25. Cheap, plasticky, not one of them was actually capable of the amps it was rated at. To be fair I suppose I haven't tried everything in their range, but the R2 and R3 ones I have used were not great.
