so i decided to commute to work this morning. we dont have showers at work and man i was sweating bucket loads this morning. how do you guys and girls get rid of the sweat? last thing i want is my boss/ colleagues to start complaining about my smell

its time to change my running shoes. i am using asics at the moment but i think its time to switch. new asics shoes are just under or above R2k. so i am thinking of nike running shoes? anyone using nike neutral for long distance running or other relatively cheaper brands?
I would like to run comrades next year but I cant run or cycle until Jan 2016 - was involved in a bicycle accident about 3 weeks back. so would it be too late to start training for comrades from Jan 2016?
probably the wrong forum but is it safe to cycle during the week in the cradle? i am on leave from from 18 Sep to 03 Oct :clap: . will probably arrive at the cradle at around 9am as i have to drop-off my kids at school in Bryanston. i hope the morning traffic from Bryanston to the Cradle is not too bad
summer is here so i would like to buy good quality (not necessarily expensive) waterproof jacket in case i get caught in the rain on my way to work . so what jacket do you guys and girls swear by?
Perhaps you should use R55, get onto Olifants weg then onto Lever Road. Or get onto Samrand Avenue and then get onto Rooihiuskraal road which becomes Lever Road after Valley view estate i think
