    i dont think moving to Woodmead is the solution. i did the Soweto Marathon at the same venue on 5 Nov and there were no security issues whatsoever. the organiser must fire the current security company. they are clearly not doing their job

    I agree with @Mecheng89. I did it once before COVID-19 and told myself never again. I only do full road closure races

    the illegal car guards came in numbers this year. the cops probably had their hands full. i just told them to get lost when they approached me after the ride. condolences to the family and friends of the cyclist who passed

    i dont think it is the start of the end. it is probably a market correction, which is long overdue. i bought my MTB, road and gravel bikes about 8 years ago and will not buy a bike or bikes second hand or new anytime soon. current prices are on steroids 🙄
