Love my Epic sticker on my bike . Will never take it off . Worked freaken hard for it , trained my 15hrs per week for 5 months and suffered big time . Wear my Epic tshirt and jacket as often as I can ! Oh ja and on my Prado I carry a sticker that says ABSA CAPE EPIC FINISHER 2014 . Man I'm proud of myself for achieving this ! Does'nt matter if you can afford to do it or not . Finish it , it will change your life guaranteed !

Don't know if it is legal or not , and I don't care . On Friday , one of the busiest days of the holidays I was passing Bloem on the N1 HIGHWAY . Low and behold , 2 roadies was cycling in the yellow lane as if it was the safest road in the world . Don't look for trouble !

Hi All . Next year will do my first Cape Epic . Been doing long rides and feeling pressure in the waterworks dept . Have been looking at the Selle Italia max slr gel flow . It has a nice gap in the middle section which will relieve pressure . Any other suggestions ?

Dunno if my question fits under this thread . What is it with a certain age group tilting their seats backwards when driving , almost lying flat on their back . How do they see the road upfront . This is common amongst the Indian youngsters specially in KZN .
