  2. Max torque on most bikes = 40nm (cassette, centerlock rotor, BB cups) Recommend reversible rachet for BB cup and pedal

  7. Why do you say this? Fork oil, o-rings, seals, wipers, service interval - which is cheaper?
  8. When buying a torque wrench make sure that it can torque in both directions (clock/anti-clock). You need this when tightening BB's and pedals

  10. Watch out for this. Result of the little bearings taking rondom paths inside the body. Major forces at play!!
  11. Hot bath in 80% paraffin wax & 20% bees wax. Best lubricated and cleanest chain in town.
