I have had the same problem and even with the new boxes sent to me have leaked all over the place ... most frustrating. Why should we have to buy a bottle when we bought a product that should have worked in the 1st place.

Hey the race entry is reasonable when paying for one person .... start adding on the wife and two kids then becomes flippen expensive. Never mind the rip off admin fee of R31 per entry

I have just been to enter my wife and I for the MTB and Road race at the Rotary Knysna Cycle Tour. Total cost would be around R750, which is flippen crazy. What do these guys think we are ... idiots to pay this sort of rip off fee .... miggies212009-06-18 12:26:29

Bikes were not completly insured, but at least got R5k from a R15k claim. I have managed to sell off the parts not damaged. My suggestion to anyone is ... stay away from a hanging rack. The hanging system just adds to much strain on the trailer and bike rack when going over bumps, rocks etc. I have bought a Thule rack where the bikes stand and am busy attaching a ball hitch to the trailer. What is a holiday without the bikes?

I have also a 4X4 trailer with bike rak at the back ... lost both biks a month a go doen the Cederberg mountain. The rack ripped out the metal where attached to trailer ..... not a pretty site seeing bikes go down the mountain. The probelm is that I used a hanging bike rack and the bounce was to much. good luck and take insurance

Intern ... skip Santam ... have just one big fight with them over my bike that was insured with them. Service has been cr@p. will be moving my household and car insurance ASAP Other hubbers did warn me and now I feel the pain

a bit he hell in ... on the way from a great weekedn in the Cederberg MTB the braket holding the bikes onto the trailer broke and now I have two less bikes. will cost about R20k to replace my bike and R3k to replace my wife's.

I have done a few sales and purchases on the hub and all have been faultless. Today I tried to by a fork from a non hubber and it was a total waste of time ... well done "hubbers" ... lets keep up the good "team" spirit
