You keep suggesting my comment is rubbish.......very cocky as Dracs said........why don't you post some data and facts to back up your claims.....why must everyone else do all the dirty work for you.....then you refer to "the effect of the peloton".....you must be seriously delusional if you think elite level athletes can go at time trial based heart rate levels day in and day out.....you and Discovery both it seems to be.......as for it becoming more difficult to achieve a high heart rate percentage as one gets fitter.....the web is your friend......you might learn something.......unless of course you perceive yourself as a very fit elite athlete and you happen to operate at a very high percentage even during recovery rides......then it's actually just a case of you being offended by my actual observation........

Hahahahahaha.......so now the poor sods on Vitality must make every ride a race to keep Discovery happy.......for me it's easy......I can get to 1200 points in 4 x 1 hour rides whilst for others it becomes 12 x 1 hour rides.....last time I checked there was only 7 days in a week.......me personally.....I am chuffed with the way things are going........

Should they not then redesign their template to accommodate both demographics ?

My guess it would be the latter........the fitter you become the less likely you are to max out your heart rate........can't wait to see the complaints from all the lovers when they hit 1200 target........
