Mr Legs I had the same challenge at the K2C. Decided no red wine the night before. Well after a bottle of red, some beers and pasta, I went to bed at 12h00. Luckily I was fit and the race was fun . Do you have a tel. for the barn. Is it a nice place to stay.

Point taken, but <?: prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> The elites race to win the overall race and therefore I believe that there should be rolling road closure for only them. We all (most of us) take out cycling seriously, but you got to be realistic we not going to take the overall win.

These guys are serious about their cycling. Due to wind direction ext. it is not always possible to stay left of the white line. PPA should seriously consider this.

my cable cutter from builders warehouse did not last long. used about 6 times on gear cable. Will try park tool cutter.

Just heard that a guy was mugged (hit with a sambok) and bike stolen Thursday 4 Feb by 5 guys in a bakkie just outside Melkbostrand at 5h30 in morning (opposite private school) . On the road between westcoast road and N7. We were also cyling past the area 5 minutes earlier.
