Try Serfas 700 x 28. Solomons in JHB have, not sure about Slaapstad, or CRC have a good selection. Just look for a 700 x(28 or bigger)

Spray a bit of diluted dishwashing liquid along the bead, then fit and inflate to slightly more than the required pressure. you will hear the bead seating, then back off on the pressure.
