  6. My bike fits and there is clearance but Ive got big 203 stoppers and the discs snag on the stand. Also my giant IDT cant take my 29" wheel so I've resorted to stealing the 26 inch back wheel from my wife's bike to use on the trainer

  8. I have Conti 700 x 38 on mine. Really good but not so great in the rain - slicks i believe they are called. If in JHB, Solomons in Woodmead have them. Mate of mine has Serfas 29 road tyres. I tried them on Sunday - the rolling resistance is significant.
