  1. Also having issues on Rewards today, both on mobile and web
  2. Got my first 3000 points event on the new system today for the 32km Cradle run (I'm slow and not a runner, so got for 210 minutes above 80% MHR) Can't see myself doing that every week though
  3. Momentum logo still on the mobi site... Although I suspect this is an "oops"
  4. Did Emperors as well, got 300 measly points ( don't really care, maxed out) Rode at 79.89% of MHR for just over 2.5 hours. Ridiculous. Edit: See it has now changed to 50-99km cycle for 600 points. Only half-ridiculous now
  5. Yup, Event points are included in the 30 000 cap. Assessments on the other hand are not
  6. There seems to be quite a few issues on Discovery/Vitality at the moment. E.g. Both my wife and I did a parkrun on Saturday, no points allocated for either of us. I also went for a 3 hour ride yesterday, heart rate monitor's battery died 90 minutes into the ride and as a result only got 600 points allocated.
  7. I've been waiting since September. Just about given up
  8. Don't bet on getting your money back on triathlons. As it stands, no triathlons are on the vitality race calendar anymore
  9. Go to C:\Users\<User>\AppData\Roaming\Garmin\Devices\<DeviceID>\History Group the TCX files by modified date and open up the latest (Assuming this was the last file you downloaded from your Garmin) Open the file in a text editor and check the start time. You can then edit the TCX file by replacing the incorrect date(s) with the correct one and upload the file manually. Obviously you can delete the incorrect entry on Garmin connect by just looking at your sessions for the incorrect date you found in the TCX file. You can do also look at the C:\Users\<User>\AppData\Roaming\Garmin\Devices\<DeviceID>\Activities folder as mentioned and again group by modified date. The file name will be the incorrect date for the activity uploaded to Garmin connect
  10. Not sure if it's the same with the 405, but with my 310 I have to ensure that when I start a session that I have an established satellite connection. If I don't, the date on the watch is not in sync and it starts the session on some arbitrary date(20070401 on mine). When you then upload the session, it will add the session, but for the incorrect date.
