I'd love to read that article! The british seem to have a reputation to be "good" quers (standing obidiently and patiently in one line). I witnessed something fun in connection to that: At the British Airways counter at Frankfurt International people were just pushing each other aside, jumping the que and jus tbehaving badly. A cool lady from the airline, wit a lovely british accent commented that with: "You can tell that we are not in England"! the reba is not too badly overpriced. 2008 modell, used for 2,5 months, disc and canti, for ZAR 37.000.000! perhaps it's the same as with old cars - my mechanic keeps telling me that it's perfectly normal that my old engine looses oil. just make sure the fork doesn't run dry, refil it from time to time! (sorry, anything is better than studying . the oil certainly shouldn't be there. any bike shop should be able to help - teh epic bike shop in plumstead is good!) TheLegend2008-04-27 13:54:08
but, oil is subject to gravity - shouldn't it just run down, back into the fork? I suggest that after every ride you put matches, or something else into the seals so the oil can gain access into the fork inner again - oil is a lubricant, useful! to prevent the sand from coming in tehre you should ride rubber boots to prevent it from sticking to the oil. Voil?, problem solved!

Yip' date=' indeed she has and will, Jamie Ball has recently started training her, he does training programs and the like, seems to be working for Joanna![/quote'] well, she's got good results before jamie started training her (about 5 weeks ago). but lets hope the training plans suit her and she goes right through the roof! ;-) jamie surely understands what cycling is about - good to have someone with the inside knowledge. if he can combine that with training science - excellent!

Yeah!!! I used a 32 hole set of those for like ever. Never a single problem. Never even had to get them re-trued. I rode into a car with those wheels, straight ahead, doing 35 + and couldn't break. frame folded but the front wheel had NOTHING, straight as an arrow afterwards. go and get them! Bombproof!!
36 hole rigida dp 18 rims with ultegra hubs. the right thing for a chubby casual rider and worth every cent! why on hell would you buy one of the named expensive wheels?
