Raced Chardonnay, Day 2 was a absolute mess but overall great event. Only negative feedback: the speakers are just too loud. Its absolutely deafening. Specially in the start shoot.

Stage one just got a whole lot tougher now.

I am keen, just not for Cat 1, I have PPA - A seeding, but don't feel like A at the moment. Keen to do the 140k Open Cat, with hopefully many other Cat2s, but not if there will only be 30 guys in the bunch....

Will be more exciting than the TDF IMO, more GC contenders who, on paper, looks to be closer to each other from a form perspective. Also, with the first week being super tough, it opens the race up with a further two weeks to defend, rather than a last week battle.

Saw the aftermath of a bad accident this morning on the coastal road between Camps Bay and Sea Point. Looked like David Garrett was involved. Any news? He looked stable but still horrific. Any further details known?

B bunch start, pretty hard racing initially, but slowed down considerably and for some reason the same 5-8 people work on the front, everyone else just sits on. Anyways, good to see some strong ladies racing hard and love this rolling course!

it will be a fight for survival that is for sure.

Wet and Wild - Raced in 1B and was super impressed with the bike handling and sensible riding in the B bunch. We caught about half of the 1A group! 109km or rain though!

Most exciting comeback in sport ever....for me at least.
