Durbanville side. Langeberg rd close to wellington rd. There were some warnings from clubs around. This morning my planned ride changed due to weather and had to pass that section. I was over cautious and then noticed guys coming out and checking me out then attempted to make a move. Good thing I kinda prepared myself mentally... drove that section pretty slow. Then as they came close a gassed it and sped off. The one guy threw a glass bottle at me in an attempt to stop me. Glad it wasn't even close. In the end... I'm lucky to get out safely. I rode that section so many times back in the day but today was my last. Safe out there guys!

Formula 1 had a crazy start.... - Geido... forcing a race seat - Mercs (although I'm a fan) at least a 1.5 sec gap in front per lap. - Mclaren Honda - #FAIL (can't say more than that) - RBR wants to quit because the Renault engine moved backwards? - Not sure what happened to Alonso... not sure when he'll be back? - Manor, couldn't put their car together in time for the race!!??@#@##$ - Drivers not allowed to change their helmet design? - I'm sure I missed out on many others lol It's become a circus as a result of changing the rules too often. cost cuts, engine changes, fuel, tyres, car weight etc.

Looks like Mclaren is going with Button/Alonso... Its going to be funny if Button beats Alonso I don't think they're are that far off. Button needs a good car and set up though. I really hate Mclaren for putting fans through this but I still hope they have a car good enough to challenge for victories next year.

It's sad to see that Jenson is leaving F1 ... maybe Williams had to see this coming and then drop Massa instead? Let's just hope Mclaren can give Fernando a fast enough car next year. I'm a Merc fan but this has ended up being a bit of a boring season...in terms of fighting for the championship. Would have been nice if Ferrari, Bulls and Mclaren would be closer. I agree to what Crofty just said: Hamilton goes nearly seven tenths clear at the top. "That settles that then, let's all go home, this is one for Mercedes," jokes Crofty. The gap is a bit just too big this year. Was red bull ever this far ahead? probably... but then everyone complained too Apart from that the fight between Hamilton and Rosberg that's interesting... let's hope for some more wheel to wheel battles!! If Hamilton wins the next 3 with Ros 2nd... he will lead 31 points. Rosberg will still have a chance with 50 points up for grabs at the last race.

looks like Max Verstappen is having a embarrassing start to F1... To all the Hamilton Rosberg posts.... I'm a Hamilton fan. Whether or not he wins this season I don't really care. It's more fun seeing Rosberg and Hamilton battle week after week than having one guy win every week. Whether its your fault or not... that's just how it is Can't wait for Monza!

Still I'd say Mr Ericsson is worse in wet conditions... The thing with these promotional runs... the tracks are normally terrible when it comes to grip (no excuse though) but it's crazy embarrassing to crash there

I have a pair... great shoes to have for comfort, weight and looks good too, no complaints. I had to change my size too. Took it in store but then changed it back the next day in store again. Normally take a 6 but had to change it for a 7. Fits perfectly though.

I want to get myself the fm098 but I'm a bit too small for a 490 which seems to be the smallest size. Any suggestions on getting a different frame where there smaller sizes?

Hey Guys... thanks for all the replies... shoo! My weight can't go any less as I'm currently weighing at 54.1 checked this morning and my wife keeps telling to put on more weight. I still have to weigh my bike but I think it's around 10kg with all the pedals and stuff on. Thanks!
