  1. Most and all of them…
  2. Quite a turnout. Good show of bodies and representatives. We cycled from home as we missed the shuttle to the protest venue. We left our protest banners at home on account of the windy conditions…kite biking is not a thing yet. Coffee was had at home…with rusks. I was frowned upon for jumping stairs….so almost detained again. Single file protocol and discipline was maintained by all. A good morning was had.
  3. how dare you miss this after calling me "oom"?
  4. I'm not sure how cycling protesting works.. Do we cycle to the venue or drive there and cycle from there? Will there be coffee? Will I be detained like in 1987? Is it still single file cycling, or is there a designated pacemaker? Amandla! Shimano!
  5. @V18 !! You have a winner! No photo finish required.
  6. I'm offended that i could only select one option. My body is a temple, no, a mapped outline to a temple... to scarsdale.
  7. @MORNE , do your circle of riding friends still know you? One day you're riding Bloemendal, then BOOOOOM!!!! Tokai AND Witfontein for the first time in the space of three weeks... Do you still identify as a cyclist, or have you become a "rider"? There's therapy for what you're experiencing.
  8. How was the experience?
  9. Cycled from home on Sunday to find the trails closed. Should’ve stuck to plan A. Happens when you don’t have friends….right @MORNE ?
  10. @MORNE there are places locally where you won't need to apply for a visa. You wont be scoffed at for putting fast rubber into hero dirt. (read only what you see, not what i think)
  11. Conties Mast, rogue riding with rogues.
  12. Nothing to see here… IMG_8592.mov
  13. At the rate I’m enjoying analogue rides it’s still gonna be another 10 years before I consider taking “e” @MORNE
  14. 5 minutes if you have mates... I'm trying to buy friends over here! They're slacker than a Grim Donut's geo..

  16. The best part of the event!
  17. @V18 is not wrong... he's apparently a medical professional. 30+ degree temps are the death of me @MORNE , i'm renting out my bike next summer...
  18. if you're advertising, you're riding...
  19. I recently bought photochromic lenses from www.revureplacementlenses.co.za . worth it and completely happy with it.
  20. Are you preferring someone else to “bring the heat” @MORNE ?
  21. Thanks goodness I’m NOT a cyclist! 🤣
  22. Thanks to Neil and crew from Trek Bicycles Wolwespruit for the bike loan and well as the locals from the trail park for showing me around. I completely love the trails setup with all the variety and options. Easy to navigate & pretty damn well maintained trails. Even with high volume of walkers, hikers ands dogs it’s still pretty damn decent (just ride with the mindset that it’s shared trails and you won’t have issues). Heading out to Witfontein MTB trails for (read during) my daughter’s softball 🥎 tournament was a complete blast…aside from watching the kid playing of course…I’m a supportive parent. I was fortunate to have a quick scout ride the Saturday morning, and then a proper show around with the locals on Sunday morning.
  23. Your nearest Specialized store should have a Songo drop box.
