  1. http://www.ripoff-bikes.com/ What do you say? Is it a rip off?
  2. Could also be cable housings thats to short on a dual susser... As the frame moves it influences the gears...
  3. Those rotors are available from CRC. The brand is Dirty Dog! As for the sound of the hope hubs.... I love it esp after cycling behind a sexy chick @ the last 24hr enduro who was running them. Dont know what was more of a turn on, the chick or the hubs!
  4. Mikes bikes has good service but he's very expensive! My boet just sent in his bike for a service. Replaced rear cogs, chainrings & chain. Cost him R3500 and thats for low spec components! Not even XT!
  5. I have only had good service from Dunkeld...
  6. Cyclelab is way to expensive for my liking... My mate also had his bike serviced recently by them... few minor parts etc came to R3500! Also they didnt even loosen his rear derialeur cable to reset it... Merely turned his barrel adjuster out all the way which left him with no ability to fine tune his gears when he had to. We had to redo everything this weekend at th24hr enduro... Only 2weeks after cyclelab had their dirty paws on it...
  7. I agree. I love cats but thats funny!
  8. Thats why I want a GSP they are working dogs bred to run 50km a morning easily. They need that distance & training or else they become dogs from hell!
  9. Damn! Now thats service! Well done Brad! I will be putting my name up soon for one of your lights. My BIL Wesson also says he got great service from you this week.
  10. The Toyota bakkie is your problem! There's a huge syndicate targetting them & fortuners at the moment. Break the bonnet open with a crow bar, disable the alarm, break into bakkie itself, rip entire dashboard out to find tracker & drive off. You can be lucky they didnt rip your dashboard out! There your damages will be R50-100k and the vehicle will never be the same again...
  11. Yip, the brothers did well.
  12. Wasnt that Lloyd Griffith?
  13. Fill with Q bond & rethread...
  14. That must have been a spectacular fall!
  15. How can it be traced back to you if you shoot him with a full lead bullet? Lead is soft and expands so much you struggle to run ballistics on it unlike a FMJ where you have your rifling marks! Besides its not as if one is going out to look for a fight. However if my life is in danger I will fight back. No Q about that.
  16. Forget the spade... They dont deserve to be buried!
  17. My friends and I will ride there again... we'll just be armed.
  18. Maybe they are poachers with a taste for human flesh...
  19. Tumbleweed, I beg to differ, if they where poachers they would have tried to remain hidden in the reeds. In my past experiences poachers are always very stealthy and try to remain hidden. In most cases poachers also have dogs with them to bay their quarry... Also who uses a pistol for poaching if your not intending on being stealthy... You would have to get awefully close to your quarry to make a decent shot with a pistol and the mountain reedbuck that I've seen in that area are wide awake!
  20. As disturbing as it may sound I would love to ride past their corpses after a cyclist has shot them for trying to hijack him... Same issue at Emmarentia a few years ago... 2 guys where mugging people on a regular basis until they where found dead in the botanical gardens... They obviously tried to mug the wrong person... he gave them what they deserved.
  21. Conti Mounting king in the front at 2.5 Maxxis Crossmark in the rear @ 3.5 Riding a dual susser & weigh 107kg. No I'm not fat!
  22. My dad is 53 and he still reaches 198 on his monitor....
  23. So there's still time! The 'Goose is cooler' date=' looks better, and will get you laid more! Trust me, I have a 'Goose and I get laid all the time! [/quote'] Yip from wiping out the whole time...
