At sterkfobtein dam. We were riding along the shoreline when a flock of flamingos came in flying parallel to us, not 15m away. I truly had my breathe taken away, such a beautiful moment. Felt like I was in a national geographic video. Tough going, thick sand in places, mad rocks. But so, so worth it. Just our tracks and some of the locals

Spent the day giving the bike some tlc, then went for a chill ride around the hood. This is outside the holy rosary school, very random as it's a cul de sac but a public road, guess the kids play there after school. Then just stuffing around in my local park.. A fat fluffy jack Russell being walked decided it would be fun to chase me, ended up saying okay fine you win, I'll stop. The owner then wanted to show me a dead rat - people are strange... This is the end ...

is there any workaround / gyppo on the older model polar watch / HR strap to upload data - have access to an old Polar F4 with HR strap - i'm hoping technology has advanced since - to allow data to be uploaded?
