My daughter is studying in Pretoria and wants to do some spinning during the week. She lives in Villieria. Can somebody recommend a spinning studio where she can join on a monthly basis and do not have to sign a contract.

When me and my husband was looking for new roadbikes we went to Cajees in Boksburg. When we walked in two of there staff was sitting on the showrrom floor not helping us. We decided to go upstairs and look at the road bikes. Once we got upstairs we caught the manager lying on the floor sleeping. He did not even realise that we were there. We turned around and went to another bike shop. Never set foot there again.

The cost of races is the reason why we have decided to rather practice together as a group and go for something to drink at the wimpy afterwards. Still have fun and it is much cheaper. Entries becomes much more expensive if you are to in the family cycling like we do.

Am I correct to say that the latest firmware update is May 4, 2007? If this is the case it won't help me already have this update.

Also have the problem lately. Phoned them and the tech asked me when last did I have a firmware upgrade and also did I try to reset it. Havent done either yet.

The Girls High School in Springs has a funrace this Sunday. Relatively flat race 4 different distances of which the middle one is 67km.
