  3. With 34000 runnings "H" batch will stand for starting in Howick Call me stupid but surely starting with 34000 runners it will be easier to get the back runners across the start line in Durban on the highway than in PMB?
  4. Everytime i see this thread pop up i go to see if DD won a race somewhere that i didn't follow only to be dissapointed.
  5. How does the price compare to the Polar which has the built in power meter for running? EDIT: I haven't gone into to much research on the Polar as it might create an itch that financially I can't scratch right now.

Not a doc so not sure about the medical part of your question but as for distance returning, i would rather start slower and base it on time instead of km's 4min walk , 1 min Run repeat 4 times to give a 20min workout every second day for week 1 3min walk , 2 min run Repeat 4 time every second day in week 2 2min walk , 3 min run Repeat 4 time every second day in week 3 1min walk , 4 min run Repeat 4 time every second day in week 4 Week 5 Run 20min and then from there build up again.

  13. I have the Sailfish from Cyclefo, Its designed for a sprint and OD tri, not for a 70.3 or Full IM. HOWEVER i did do my first IM in it and paid the price dearly. IT's super comfy to run in though.

    We as Arsenal are a long way off the top but as a supporter that was begging for change since 2008, I am more than happy with the change that Unai has brought to the team. The one touch football that Wenger wanted to play Emery has been able to execute far better. Its sad that Ramsey has decided to play his best football these last 3 months and be less selfish on the ball but if Unai doesn't see him in his plans, in fact if Unai doesn't see anyone in the current team in his plans then I give him my full support. We can't ask for change and not support it when it happens.

  20. I enjoy Rich Roll's podcast. As for the Zone 2 training back in 2016 I listened to Coach Lindsay Parry's podcast where he said to get faster you need to run in zone 2 for 13 weeks and it worked for me back then. After next wkn's IMSA I will be doing another 13 week Zone 2 stint as part of my rehabilitation for my leg. patience now, gains long term.

  22. If an event i partook in ran out of water and the organisers knew the amount of participants that needed to be catered for (Capped entries like at ODD), I will never ever give them my hard earned cash again!
