    I've been using Ultimag for the past two years. Not for the reason you are enquiring though. I kept cramping badly so went for blood tests and they showed a magnesium deficiency and since taking them I haven't cramped, even through two full Ironman events.

    Yeah meant it in a stand alone list as one per year type thing. Interesting comment about the weather, If i remember correctly the first couple of years KK was rainy as hell. Must be honest, any 100miler isn't an event that i would look forward to doing in the rain.

    If this could mean more money into the sport for the pro's then i'm all for it. I mean the prize money difference for a full IM vs their current PGA or ATP series is so vast its a joke.
