  1. Really hope this will be Sep Vanmarcke's big season in the Classics. Both he and the Team need it now more than ever.
  2. Now if they can get the rest of the package right they can start selling advertising space in the side of the car because that looks really arb with that much emptyness
  3. I might see you there, I'm doing the 21km.
  4. Had i not already entered Vaal HM i would have done this 32km. Let us know how it goes, maybe look towards it for next year
  5. Frosty, maybe you could , if you don't mind, share your couch to 10km program here? That way I might help a fellow aspiring sub60 runner in the future, in fact I'm pretty sure there are some silent followers of this thread currently that would want to follow such a proven program. Also, once you demolished your event come back and give us a journey (from Day 1 to Race Day) report please. I'm sure many will be able to relate and connect with your story and share your achievement with you.
  6. That's more mileage than a lot of people here who are running Oceans next month and Comrades in June, Well Done. Really stoked for you that you have been able to get this far and will achieve your goal on your first attempt. on a side note, have you noticed any gains towards your cycling, be it weight control or general fitness?

  12. YEah saw those but have already entered the half at Vaal and hate wasting money necessarily else i would have done one of them, but thank you. Yebo Yes Sir I shall investigate this as this seems like an idea, thank you This sounds like a plan as i'm doing Township and Vaal Half
  13. Shot in the dark here, Does anyone know of a 32km event between Vaal (4 March) and 1 April ? My searching skill produced Zero.
  14. I might try this in PE for my first full IM in 67days

  17. ‘Project Roubaix:’ Gilbert’s unlikely road map to win cycling’s hardest race Read more at http://www.velonews.com/2018/01/news/project-roubaix-gilberts-unlikely-road-map-to-win-cyclings-hardest-race_455552#aHFkKFrdA3u5vXBk.99 I enjoyed this end : If he wins Roubaix, there is still Milano-Sanremo. Of that race, Gilbert quipped, “It cannot be that hard to win. Merckx won it seven times.”
