I can't speak for all the Cajees branches, but I am very happy with Cajees Boksburg. Both Ahmed and Areef are keen to help and I get good prices from them, almost as good as online prices and believe me I do my research when it comes to bike parts and their prices. The marked price is not the price you will pay, ask for a better price and you might be surprised! Bike servicing... I do my own and if I can't repair it myself, I bite the bullet and use another LBS.

I have done about 5 000km on one set of bearings.I service the BB twice a year. I recently replaced both bearings and the BB is going strong. The only issue I had was the crank bolt working loose which was solved with a few drops of Loctite and a torque wrench.

There was a School Cross Country race at Fountains on Friday afternoon, maybe try to find out who were the organisers of that event and take it up with them.

Solution to the problem, don't join a spinning class 10min after it has started! It is called a class for a reason (group participation) and I feel it's both disruptive and disrespectful for the gym fee paying members who arrive on time for a class for anyone just to stroll in and do their own thing at anytime they feel! If you want to spin for a bit longer use the spinning bike provided on the floor, otherwise book yourself for two spinning classes in a row. Those of you that are all very quick to criticize the Instructors (I am not agreeing with the way in which you were told to leave), but rules are rules as pathetic as they may seem to you. We always tend to complain about bad service and too often we don't acknowledge good service. I ordered 2 x Ankle ICE on 14 December and they were delivered to my Post Office yesterday and to top it off thanks to The Hub and ICE ID I got 20% discount! Well done ICE ID on a great concept, a good quality product and to top it off hassle free service (a rare thing in SA these days)!
