  1. Stole Frank Costanza's move, did he?
  2. I recently got a Wahoo BlueHR. Prior to this I was using MyTracks (a google app). Now, I use BLE HRM as it records everything, and interfaces perfectly with the Wahoo BlueHR, and after each workout, I store it in my dropbox, and then once a week import those into Endomondo. I looked at Strava, but I race against the people I race against in person, on the road.
  3. Usually not even that long.
  4. I wear my helmet when having sex though.

For sure. My comments were in response to a question regarding the likes of Sauser and co.

I mentioned Horner. Reports on Froome are that his three year extension at Sky signed last month is for 10 million pounds.

Don't know about the MTB pro's, but the ProTour road guys are starting around 500k Euros P/A as domestiques and the GT winners (Horner excepted) are in the million Euro P/A regions. Those are just team contracts. Some like Contador have (in his case) Specialized as personal sponsors and he gets a personal deal with them for appearances and stuff. Cavendish is another who has a personal deal with Spez.
  8. Isn't he the hotdog eating champ?
  9. There's a catlike in the classifieds. I'd take it first.
  10. Agree. Riding on the R21 at peak hour, wear a lid. Riding to the PnP down the street, not so much.
  11. I think the law isn't good or bad. It's pointless. The commuting worker can't afford in the region of R1000 for a lid, and the law isn't enforced.
  12. Agreed. And most of the time fans loved those dominant drivers. Makes the way crowds booed Vettel vary strange.
  13. Couldn't really see, I was zooming southwards at the time. But my guess would be commuter.
  14. It's just you. Although on Friday last week I saw some bloke on the R21 North just before Nelmapius at around 4:00pm. Now that's a Darwin Award candidate. He did have a helmet on though.
  15. Similar as on the road. Years ago, there were several Kermesse you could ride every weekend. And after each race/funride (ok, mainly for the elites/U23, but a good exhibition). I know I've left bits of hacked up lung up and down the country racing them. Now? Maybe that Northcliff Cycles one during the week?
  16. There's a "most reliable alpina" here: https://www.bikehub.co.za/classifieds/76533-most-reliable-alpina/
  17. Did it have sealant in before?
  18. Remove the valve core.
  19. I can.
  20. New pair of tyres. Anakee III's. Love em.
  21. Yeah, the kick is a bit weak. I bolster it with a couple of shots of bioplus.
  22. Yip. Washed down seconds before the gun goes at the start line with a quart of black label. (unless you are a bit hungover from the pasta party the night before, then wash it down with a quart of milk stout)
  23. I also make my own. I get Blair's from time to time for the keyring.
