  1. okay, so i got myself the Trek Fuel EX 7. Now my old Trek 4300 is just gathering dust in the garage. This is because of 2 bent wheels. I broke 1 spoke on both wheels during my last race. Now, my question is, what (cheap) rims can i get to replace the old ones? the bent wheels are : Shimano M475 disc hubs; Bontrager Camino rims.

  13. Hi Guys, Is there anyone out there who rides a Fuel EX? I'm seriously considering getting one but is a bit skeptical on the sizes. The one i want is a 21"(XL) (there aren't any 19"'s) and I am 1.85m in length. According to the table below I am bordering between 2 sizes. Would the 21" (XL)frame be too big for me? Please help!!!
  14. ...good luck with pricing they are way too expensive!!
  15. DJR, since you ride a trance X, maybe you could help me. I just went to look at the 2011 Trance X3 @ Cajees. They took a in-leg measurement and according to that it's a 18.5" (a medium according to them). My current bike is a large, and my height is 1.86, I am just worried i need a large in stead of a medium. should i rather settle for a smaller frame than a larger one? I found this and they all recommend a larger frame size. I am confused?
  16. I can't seem to find any shops other than CycleLab (ripp-off b.t.w) & Solomons who stock Trek bikes. Any suggestions?
  17. are the components better on the Giant than on the Trek?
  18. Hi Guys, I want to replace my current 2008 Trek 4500 hardtail with a dual suspension bike. I am currently considering the following 2 bikes, the Fuel EX 6 or the Trance X3. I would like you to share your opinion on these bikes. I am leaning towards the Trek but also like the Giant, decisions decisions!!! Any comments or thoughts would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
