  1. Intervals.icu now supports "Swim FTP" (what pace you can maintain for 1h in secs/100m) for calculating intensity and training load for swims. You can set the default value used for new swims in /settings and also edit it per activity.
  2. In the spirit of that video (very good watch BTW) I have added "time in zones as percentages" to the calendar view.
  3. Intervals.icu now supports searching for activities by name on the calendar. Click "Options" and start typing the name of the activity into the search box.
  4. I think they adjust the winners time to reflect the depth of the field or conditions or something similar.
  5. Intervals.icu now supports ignoring power and/or heart rate data from an activity. If you ignore the power you can still see it for that activity but it won't show up on your power curve or get used for FTP estimation and best efforts. Ignoring HR stops that data from being used to estimate training load for activities with only HR. Click the "Cog" icon on the bottom right to activate. You might want to use this if your power meter acts up on a ride, instead of having to delete the activity or set "power spike detection" threshold really low.
  6. Thats means even I can do it! Cool!
  7. The weather wasn't as bad as I expected, at least in A bunch. I think later bunches got rained on more. The railway lines without mats were a bit of a hazard.
  8. You can now add notes and comments to your activities and those of athletes you follow. Discuss your rides with your friends or your coach!
  9. It decays if you slack off a bit in training. That doesn't mean your FTP has done down but it might have. You need to do a max effort on good legs every now and then to see where you are at.
  10. Thats nice but it will likely stop happening I am trying to figure out how I had so much power in Dec 2018 compared to now. Looking closely at the training I did then
  11. Wow thats way over. I will have a look at your data this weekend and see if there is anything I can do about it.
  12. You can now promote any of your followers to the lofty position of coach! Your coaches can edit your activities, calendar and training related settings like FTP.
  13. Intervals.icu now shows sick/injured time on the /fitness chart. You just have to add a calendar entry. You can also lock the marker by clicking or pressing escape. Useful when you are trying to click on one of the activities for the day.
  14. Tx @madmarc for the detailed post on the TrainerRoad forum on how to get all this working!
  15. The calendar entries are now included on the /fitness chart including plans from TrainerRoad. I still need to do some work to include non-workout things like sick or travelling etc.
  16. You can use the date drop down on the top left of the toolbar to select "October" and other further into the future months. I have struggled to come up with a way to make this more intuitive. I tried the "pull down to load more" gesture but thats really annoying when you are just scrolling up and down. I might try adding a "More" button in the "WEEK" box somehow.
  17. Intervals.icu now supports adding calendar entries for races, planned workouts, holidays, when you got sick or injured etc.. You can also import calendars from other systems (e.g. from TrainerRoad) to see your training plan in Intervals.icu. Currently this info is only shown on the activities page. Future fitness based on your plan will be on the /fitness chart soon.
  18. Aha, Racetec have added me. They said my chip didn't pickup at the finish.
  19. Wow thats terrible turnout. The initial forecast was lots of wind but that changed a few days before. Weather was excellent. Couldn't ask for an easier race to kickoff the season.
  20. Yep! Racetec have left me out of the results though, I am going to send in a query.
  21. The cavalry saved my bacon. I was about to get dropped there!
  22. Totals by activity type now works on tablets as well.
  23. The calendar view now breaks out weekly totals (including TSS) by activity type for multisport athletes. I still need to do it for the narrow iPad view but its there on desktop.
  24. Hmm. Its hard to say as I haven't been keeping logs. For the last 4 months (since the FastFitnessTips video and the 10x bump in users) I have been putting in as much time as possible probably 16-20h/week + approx 6 leave days (8h each) + some pub hols. Before then maybe 8h/week with extra 80h over dec holidays (mostly spent getting FTP modelling figured out). Total elapsed project time so far approx 14 months. I didn't do much research before jumping in to try sort out interval detection, just got coding. I have spent a fair amount of time learning the front-end framework (vue.js), that was one of the reasons for starting the project. Things would have gone a lot quicker if I had chosen something I already knew but now I know a better framework and things will be faster! Lately I have been doing a lot of re-factoring which isn't visible to users for the most part. Now feature development can accelerate again.
