Very interesting about the all the Spez saddle positive suggestions. I had major issues with my ass and after bike ft after bike fit and years of cycling with pain after 1.5 hrs in saddle I approached Jeroen Swart about it. In short he suggested Spez saddle and doing assometer. I did this and settled with spez phenom did Epic 4 weeks later twas perfect. have never looked back actually got one on my road bike too.

My Pioneer partner Broke his leaft hand and broke a finger on his left going over that log just after the road crossing. The part has been fixed now but the rest has been pretty eroded. Not sure im not an expert but I think with the exotic vegetation extreme erosion will likely continue.

At least we know what Orica green Edge gets up to in off season training in Europe. DI came to win the SA champs so he could wear SA colors on The Tour. He took a masking agent as he was glowing from European traing camp. He got off which is great news. What is clear is that doping is high on the agenda for all the teams. It wont stop, why kid ourselves. It even happens hear in little SA rife amoung amateurs who have allot to prove and and no regard for there kidneys or central nervous system.

If it gets someone whose not strong enough to get out and have fun great, I reckon they would have allot of maintence issues if taken regularly on trails so they wont last long. If the owner enjoyed it he may convert to real MTB which is great.

Tacx flow simple set up in front of a TV with Sufferfest All the computer hook up stuff is gimmikie and odds are you wont use the technology. Keep it simple

Have to say I'm confused why they went for the inverted fork just as the normal one was perfect. Especially as its actually heavier. It has no appeal to me it just looks like there will be hassle. What are the service intervals on it? Very happy I bought my 2014 Epic. If i was a buyer of an s-works now I would hunt for old stock 2014(if available) or try get a second hand one.

Agreed without a doubt its the rider that makes a bike fast but a good well fitted bike does help you become a better rider

I spend more time on my bike than in my car. So paying up is justified if its cutting edge R&D and ultra ride able.The hype about Specialized got to me. So I bought one and love it. Will probably stay brand loyal too at this rate. Who cares about if I win races on it or not if someone judges me for my bike they are freaks I don't want to know anyway.

Very Sad RIP Henri As a matter of interest are bikes allowed to ride in the area of the incident? It would be interesting to know the stats on muggings in bike and none bike areas. Regular biking activity in an area helps the good guys that is for sure. Its about time hikers and runners stop abusing bikers and help us push for us to have access to every trail in CT!!!!!

Giro is a headgear manufacturer and make great helmets all experience I have had with their apparel is bad it doesn't last. I would go for Sidi or Specialized cant go wrong.
